Do you know about Hearts at Home?

Have you ever felt alone as a mom? Lost in your chosen field of mothering?

There is an organization that was created to encourage, educate and equip women in the profession of motherhood. Hearts at Home helps thousands of moms love their lives through their many resources including conferences, website, and books.

Recently I partnered up with this organization as a blogger. Over time I hope to share with you the many resources this ministry has to offer (old ones and new). To learn more about the Hearts at Home Blogging team go here.

In the meantime I would like to encourage you to explore their website and blog for an immediate dose of mothering encouragement.

Kelly Green!

Yesterday, talk show host and eco-Mom, Kelly Ripa launched Electrolux’s newest eco-friendly washer & dryer in limited edition “Kelly Green” just in time for Earth Day. She's encouraging people to renew their commitment to living green by planting a virtual flower for a friend.

For every virtual flower planted at electroluxappliances.com, Electrolux will donate $1 to Global Green USA to support their healthy green schools initiatives across America.

Send a Virtual Flower at:
http://www.electroluxappliances.com/

You'll also be registered to win an Electrolux Kelly Green Washer & Dryer...Fun!

I'd say something like this...

If you were to write a letter to your younger self, what would you say? Would you give yourself advice? Or maybe a warning?

I think I'd say something like this:

Dear Tricia,

God loves you more than you realize.
His plans for you are greater than you can imagine.
There is no such thing as rabbit trails. Follow God and all His ways will be made known.
Seek Him more than publication.
Trust Him even through the tough stuff.
Believe in the molding process. The goal is to make you more like His Son.
